D'Onofrio was without question one of the highlights of the show, balancing the character's calm demeanor with his moments of quiet, seething rage he was great, too, at exploding at any given moment.

Hawkeye's Kingpin, real name Wilson Fisk, has been officially confirmed as actor Vincent D'Onofrio. But regardless, what we know for sure is that this major villain is back-and he's bad news for Clint, Kate, and just about everyone else. We've seen Kingpin before in the Marvel Universe, but its unclear if this Marvel Universe and that Marvel Universe are explicitly connected. Clearly, those two characters are working together. Clint also refers to Kingpin when talking with his wife, Laura, hinting that Kingpin at this point has already established his criminal influence and strength within the MCU (and perhaps confirming that Laura herself is more in tune with the superhero world than we think).
